Workshops for Schools

The award-winning Histronauts book series bought to life in your school.

After a series of events in museums and bookshops around the UK, the creators of the Histronauts, are now offering interactive, in-school workshops for KS2 pupils.

These engaging and energetic sessions use characters from The Histronauts books to help you teach the history, art and literacy curriculum.

Author and historian Frances inspires children to relate to the past through storytelling, historical facts and fun.

The workshops also use the work of Illustrator Grace Cooke to demonstrate how to tell stories through pictures and create new and exciting characters.

The sessions revolve around the themes of each of the current Histronauts books, A Roman adventure, An Egyptian Adventure and A Viking Adventure.

We can tailor them to the needs of your school's curriculum and also offer educational resources to accompany the workshops.

Lasting for approximately 50 mins for groups of up to 60 pupils they easily fit into your school day and are available during term time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays

£300 for a single session, or £450 for two + £50 travel.
